UNDER SECRETARY OF STATE FOR WALES VISITS BRIDGEND

Bridgend MP Madeleine Moon welcomed neighbouring MP and Under Secretary of State for Wales, Huw Irranca -Davies to the Bridgend Constituency, giving him a guided tour of some of the projects and businesses that are thriving in the local area.

Madeleine said: "The opportunity to show Huw some of the flagship companiesand projectsin the Bridgend constituency could not be missed. My greatest difficulty was deciding where to take Huw due to the number of innovative and enterprising companies and voluntary organisations in my Constituency. Working to a tight time scale I whizzed him around ZooBiotic, the Street   Pastor Scheme, Inetec and Scope at the Rees Centre in Kenfig Hill.

Madeleine concluded that: It is a real credit to our community that I was spoilt for choice when deciding which projects I should show
Huw. As a fellow local MP, as well as Under Secretary of State, he was impressed with the levels of ambition, creativity and drive that
he saw at every stage of his visit."
