Difference
The 'Reaching Out, Making a
Difference' mental health and welbeing support and befriending
community is a fellowship of like-minded individuals who associate
together, engaging and identifying with each other to survive the
pain and isolation of poor mental wellbeing, however it is caused,
diagnosed or not. There is no age limit. Carers and supporters are
very welcome. They also host a 24 hour support line, email club and
text reply service. Membership is free to all. One to one support
is available as is direct access to CRUSE bereavement
counselling.

Difference meet every Wednesday evening, 18:30 - 20:45 at the
Lifelong Learning Centre, Sarn. Wheel chair friendly access
available.
