Riding with @Cycle4MND to raise awareness and funds for MND research

On the starting line in Monmouth with "Cycle for MND" on day 4 of their epic 1000 mile Lands End to John O'Groats ride, intended to raise much needed awareness and funds for Motor Neurone Disease research.

Last November I met with Bridgend resident Justin Hostettler-Davies after he completed an epic 650 mile walk around the Welsh coast to raise awareness and funds for research, and agreed to take part in his even bigger and more ambitious trek from South to North coasts this year.

Around 2 people in every 100,000 are diagnosed with MND and there are about 5,000 people with the disease at any one time in the UK. The only way to find a cure is to increase awareness of this terrible disease and raise funds to enable dedicated people to research what causes it.
